At least the price was good
I bought this book for my first accounting class in business school. I agree with others that mentioned it is not a great book for beginners. I have never taken accounting so I was hoping this book would help me. It didn't. I will make a suggestion for another book during my course evaluation.

Good book, but not beginner level...
I bought this book for an accounting class in my MBA program. I am not an accounting major, but I did find this book to be helpful. I do not think that this is a beginner's level book per se, but it is a very good book.
