I think most of us can agree that the obnoxiously bright orange is what initially draws anyone to this guitar. It's a shocker that Fender doesn't use unique colors like this more often. I'd give my kingdom for a glossy lime green. This guitar's aesthetics beat any Tobacco Sunburst or Butterscotch Blonde silly with a stick. I can imagine in 20 years that this will be the color everyone's looking for if it's out of production! You'll have to pick one up and see what you think of the playability yourself, no point reviewing that. But I would like to say there can be serious variations between the same model. I played with one at a big box store and noticed that the skunk stripe on back wasn't sealed off. You know, like a rosewood fretboard. It does effect the feel on the fingers. I still bought one anyway here online and was relieved that it has a sealed skunk stripe that couldn't be felt at all! It has a serial code from 2018. So if that's something you'd care about, don't buy blind! It may very well be the case that music stores have the same model they had shipped to them in 2016, just a heads up. Other than that, the nut looks great, no sharp frets, quality all around, and sounds pretty good acoustically. Keep in mind there's no "tummy cut", which I prefer looks-wise, despite being less comfortable.Read full review
