This Fender bass gig bag fit my Fender Jaguar bass perfectly. Adequate padding and sturdiness provides safe transportation of instrument. Accessory pocket handy for cables, effects, etc. Straps provide multiple ways of carrying bass. This is not made for serious gigging but is not intended for that purpose. A hard shell case is the solution for that. The price was great and this bass gig bag is a great value. Very happy with this product!

It would be a good gig bag if it had just a little more padding; there's almost no protection whatsoever. Otherwise, it has the basic features. It does not have a provision for joining the handles--whatever. It does have backpack straps. Additionally, it has just barely enough room to fit my Jazz Bass, and the angled top end tends to let the instrument fall out when I'm putting it into the bag, making it necessary to hold the heavy Bass and the bag rigid at the same time--awkward and troublesome.

This is a good quality gig bag, good for storage but probably not for travel and gigging, The padding is minimal and is probably adequate for storing a bass but travel and playing gigs would really require a bag with more protective padding. It's good and functional but, if you gigging, invest more $$$s and get a bag with more/better padding.

While this gig bag is NOT to be used for planes, trailers, etc... It is more than adequate to carry your bass in your car... For it's intended use it is an AWESOME VALUE... Tuner area is "reinforced" as is the Bridge area...

Nice bag for the price. Well padded for storage around the house and trips to friends' houses; probably not sufficient protection for gigging. Street price at around $30 makes it a good value. It is a quality gig bag. No particular bad points about the bag.
