Installed on a 2007 can am outlander 400. I too love the way it is prewired so the switch lights up anytime the fan is on, in factory mode and when switched on manually. Not only can i hear when the fan cycles on i can also see when its on. Just fyi on my quad the engine has to be warmed up enough for the ground wire to be activated by the thermostat or watever tells it to be a ground wire. When i first plugged it in cold nothing happened. After some further research and testing i figured that out. It still kicks on at the preset temp but now i have the option to turn the fan on sooner and run it longer. Also when turned on manually it still shuts off when the motor cools off so no worries about leaving it on and running the battery down. Perfect Fix
It works Great on our 2010 Polaris 400. The switch fit perfectly where the stock ones go and it lights up blue when turned on. The key does not have to be on for it to turn on the fan. It comes with everything you need to hook up to your battery. Everything that was pre fastened was water tight and correctly prepped. It worked great I highly recommend it.

Great kit, plug 'n play, quick and easy installation and it does what they say it does. There are knockouts for switches on the back side of the dash panel and the switch with this kit fits those just like factory switches.
