Out of the box product, which made for a great buy for this product, works great. how ever now am gooing to need heating elements, just well be replacing them as well, tank is still good, had brought hot water heater for $40.00 dollars and new one's are $400 to $500. new. Don't even have price of taxes in this heater. When had heater out, got to clean real good as not buch of dirt in tank, water must not been hard water.
