Great remote-style continuity tester
The EXTECH CT20 Continuity Tester Pro is an excellent product, especially for remote-style continuity testing. It also indicates reverse polarity on both the sending and remote units. The main device provides both light and sound to indicate continuity, while the remote provides only lights (red or green). Unfortunately, there is no built-in option to mute the sound on the sending unit. The alligator clips are very strong, and a convenient storage case is included. The main unit is approximately 3”H x 2”W x 1”D and very lightweight. It operates on a single 9v battery. If the battery runs low, the unit will not function properly. If you experience problems, try installing a new battery. The main device is protected by a 0.5A 250V fast-blow 5 x 20 mm fuse.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
