I can't believe how well this machine work. When I started looking for a electric cig machine, the choices was expensive, cheap or used. I picked my machine because I figured I would have nothing to lose the price was cheap enough and the plugged in outlet was what I was used to. The product came earlier then i had expected. The Machine works perfectly, very simple. I didn't even have to you tube it! Lol. I cannot imagine why the other brands are so expensive.

I ordered this little tiny unit and received it a few days later on a Saturday. Went out and bought some more tobacco and 2 different boxes of tubes, 1 box of Zen 100mm and 1 box of Gambler king. The unit itself started out fine, I made the full 200 Zen 100mm cigarettes non-stop. I found that with the Zen tubes, for some reason this unit doesn't pack it all that well as the cherry or lit end of the cigarette kept falling out. I tried to adjust the machine itself and the knob to pack the cigarette tighter just turns endlessly almost as if it is there just for show. With the Gambler king tubes it packed the cigarettes near perfect. Well Sunday I go to use the machine to make the wife's full flavor cigarettes. I successfully make 12 100mm cigarettes then the machine won't turn off. It will run all day long if you let it but the power button stopped working. So the only way to turn it off is by unplugging it. The performance of the little unit is ok. I rolled 200 menthol 100mm in a couple hours. The machine jammed a few times. The unit is tiny, if you have big fingers you will have a tough time, the hopper for the tobacco is basically 2 fingers wide. All in all I would not recommend it.Read full review

Function well easy to to use not cumbersome. the tensioner work well allowed you to pack your cigarettes like you want. the only thing I found issue with is it Cuts up the tobacco and it doesn't stay in the cigarette as well, roll your arms already sort of Messi this just makes it a little worse I'll probably go in and cut that little Rod back about halfway that holds the spring that turns.

The roller chops up the tobacco so small that when I made a cigarette it was so loose (due to powder like pieces), that when I lit it the cherry fell off and burnt a whole in my coat. The start button got stuck in the machine. I do not know how to add photos, I am 70 years old and not computer savy. I am trying to save money. I cannot order a different machine until I receive a full refund. Please help me resolve this transaction. Thank you for your help.

So far I have burned rugs, shirts, pants and even the couch because the heads fall off. I have been holding my finger at the end to allow the tube to fill a bit more. This somewhat works but then the tube gets to packed and it is hard to smoke. It does save money on smokes so far now I will use it but would recommend a higher quality more expensive machine.
