I plan 3 recipes that use alot of the same ingredients and shop for the week. Chunky chili, Minestrone soup, Hummus, Garbanzo bean salad, Thai no-fry springrolls, are some of my favorite dishes. Ellen does a great job of summarizing how to plan your shopping list. How to cook grains and beans 101. She includes at the end websites for ordering online, organic and vegan foods etc...that are very helpful. Cooking from scratch never looked so beautiful.
This has some good tips if you are starting out vegan. Includes a variety of recipes, for smaller and larger quantities. Worth $4, but I wouldn't pay more.
