Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR POTENTIAL RIP OFF

    It hasn't been too long since we got the markers (2-3weeks maybe). We use them just a few minutes everyday and have never left them uncapped, but two of the markers COMPLETELY ran out of ink already. They aren't even like "bad makers"; literally NO INK ink or whatsoever comes out of these makers, so they are just pieces of garbage already. I basically just spent my money on the eraser and the cleaning spray. My old dry markers do a much better job than these recently purchased brand new markers. So disappointing!!
