This is a specialized device for a power bank of which I don't know the name brand. I have the ones I purchased as double 18650 batteries from a laptop battery still in parrellel to double the mAh capacity and are used as a DIY light in my storage shed in the back yard. Works OK and charges easily.

gets too hot and doesnt output the rated output current, also it drains batteries faster than it should, for example, i charged my phone 2 times and the battery pack was empty, with an other charging board it can charge my phone over 10 times (3400mAh phone batt, battery pack, 17x 2600mAh samsung 18650 cells)
