I started to take it with the directions recommendation of 3 drops a day for about a week. I didn't really notice much at all. So I decided to take a little more around lunch time. Wow is all I can say. I am 64 year old women that is in good shape but constantly trying to loose more weight and getting frustrated with all the cardio and no results. This product has given me so much more energy and good attitude, I can't express it enough. I am loosing inches, clothes do feel better and I just plain feel good. I have only been taking it a couple weeks or so, so I am very impressed with it. My husband has also started taking it, hoping he gets the same results as I am!! I can't tell you how much better I feel using this. I have dealt with thyroid issues for years and did not want to go back on medication. Best Iodine Supplement on the Planet
I originally bought this because I wanted to detox fluoride. Since then, I have learned that boron is (also) required for that. I know I was deficient in iodine because I was craving iodine-rich foods like potatoes and eggs. The first time I tried this product, I meditated right afterwards and had an amazing vision. For a few days after that, I felt my internal hot/cold sensations were re-adjusting. This is despite having taken quite a few kelp tablets in the weeks before. Now, I have a higher tolerance for cold. I no longer use a coat or jacket (it's springtime), but see lots of others doing so. This product is formulated in a glycerin base. To me, it tastes like candy. The daily recommended three drops is equivalent to taking 9 kelp tablets (comes with an arsenic load - so do ... I think it is the best iodine supplement on the planet, and would be difficult to replicate. One bottle will last an individual 6 months at the recommended dosage.

Not now. it get in my teeth and stings and aggravates my tongue. I have to drop it in water to swallow. Not directly in the most anymore.
