Said to be "refurbished" but in reality it is just a "used" computer. Who knows what anyone may have done on the inside; but someones tinkering doesn't make an old car new again. Also used incorrect pictures of the unit being sold, as advertisement when the proper pictures were available. Ebay should have stronger guidelines for what refurbished is or is not.
