I emailed customer support, sent a couple of photos, and there was another monitor and stand by 7/7/22. "Everyone At Dicount Computer Depot Seemed To Bend Over Backward To Take Care OF My Delimma!" Hands Down the Best! Thanks Guys-I'm Sold!

The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.
