Seller has quick and helpful communication. Great shipping speed. I received my order a week after ordering, earlier than the estimated shipping date. The cpu was packaged in a napkin and bubble wrap, shipped in a large envelope. The napkin was a bit strange, but seemed sufficient. When i ran into an issue with one of my memory slots not working, the seller gave helpful advice on cleaning the contacts on the cpu, which had slightly oxidized. After cleaning, everything functioned correctly.

Shortly after the purchase, I was informed that the advertised product was not available at the advertised price, but only at a higher price. Apparently, the seller's Ebay listings do not always match their back-end store availability. Upon rejection of the higher price, the transaction was quickly aborted and the purchase price refunded. On the positive side, communication was quick and clear. But generally, on a marketplace platform, it is desirable that the advertised products are available.

The price of such high-end processors fluctuates daily with market fluctuations. Our store manages more than 500 SKUs. It is inevitable that the prices of individual models will not be updated in a timely manner, and the inventory will not be updated in a timely manner. This is human nature under manual management.
