Using it to build an ultra budget gaming PC. Don't let the size of the neutral and con lists deter you, it's a really good base for the money and building on if you're willing to do some DIY. Pros: - Cheap - Plenty of space - Ridiculously clean for a surplus PC. - Room for a 650w PSU. - In terms of the Mobo (Motherboard) and other various case related things, it's flawless. - Floppy Disk Reader bay (note: Floppy reader not included) can be used as a makeshift drive holder. - Has a single side (right ear equivalent I think) speaker built into the front which I definitely wasn't expecting and was pleasantly surprised to find. Can be problematic though if you have to use it for content that has different audio going through left and right speakers. (Space Oddity song I believe is a good example of a song with issues). Neither: - Older CPU socket leads to somewhat limited CPU choices. If you're doing what I'm doing (building a super budget pc) definitely get the quad core variant of the Intel Core 2 at the highest clock you can get. 2.80-2.9 tends to be the best balance of cost and clock speed. If you go for the 3.0 GHz clock, be prepared to pay a pretty penny. Also, there's apparently a mod that lets you use earlier xenon server cpus with this socket for similar if not better performance than the 3.0 GHz clock quad core intel core 2 for cheap. It requires modifying the socket which can be dangerous though so I didn't bother attempting it. - Rear opening for the PSU is somewhat crowded. Interior wise most PSUs will fit easily however. Had to modify my PSU plug slightly because it was rotated horizontally as opposed to the original PSU's verticle plug socket which caused the screw hole holding the plug socket to be blocked by the casing. - Has three sata ports, includes two cables, but one is required for the disk reader. Cons: - Air Cooling for CPU is proprietary as can possibly be. Large black cowling connects directly to the CPU heatsink. Fan is not mounted over the CPU and does not screw in like almost every other rig I've seen. Problematic for aftermarket heatsinks or if you dont want to use the cowling. - Cowling breaks thermal paste when removed. - Cowling got in the way of my GPU due to not realizing how long it was. Cooling is still functional without the cowling if the heatsink is removed from the cowling and placed directly on the cpu. Either expoxing (or other attaching substance) or turning the pc sideways is necessary to keep the heatsink from separating from the CPU. CPU will heat quickly without it. - Graphics Card slot is NOT dual bay, although I wasn't exactly expecting it to be. Had to do extensive modification involving cutting and drilling through abs plastic and aluminum to the rear of the case to fit my GPU. - I can't seem to get my gpu out of it's socket despite pressing the lock release down. Not a huge deal seeing as I only plaid like 30 bucks for the thing but something to keep in mind if you're putting a large card in. I wish I could post pics to show what specifically I'm talking about :/Read full review

Dated but exceptional quality. If you are installing Windows 7 with the intention of using the Windows 10 DVD to get the free upgrade, use a standard Windows 7 DVD rather than the Dell DVD. Apparently, the Windows 7 key on the Dell DVD doesn't work for the free upgrade anymore.

This unit is the perfect size. I added the HDD, video card and a wireless all in one keyboard. Performs just fine on a 46" flat screen.
