It has one pocket inside for your cellphone. The package arrived in four days so very quick delivery! The shipping was free at no cost. As for the size, I purchased a size Large, I'm 5'7" and weigh 170lbs, it fits well zipped up but a little tight. I don't have a giant belly so it's fine. I think someone who has a big gut will not be able to zip up. I suggest two sizes up. A++++ seller!
