    This is a great dc power unit. Having the ability to change the voltage and current output is very nice and allows me to use it with a variety of different cpap machines in my semi. One of my machines uses 37.5 volts and another 24.2 volts. I just have to change my adapters for each machine as well. I wasn't sure what to do with my Lowenstein Prisma 20a before I found this unit. Thanks so much. Excellent condition and great value.
