Positive: new, working perfectly, high end quality looking, good packaging (arrived in antistatic bag), no problems, I recommend it. Excellent price to quality deal
Despite its small size and lack of cooler, it can provide until 3 Amps in high Voltages with minimum ripples. If the output gets overloaded, the IC protection shuts it down until overload is removed.
