The Benjamin 392 air rifle is good for older teens & adults. Not suitable for weaker persons because it is heavy and it takes considerable force to pump the gun. The rifle accuracy is decent and it's powerful enough to kill!! You will need a special mount to put a scope on this gun. It's not as loud as some of the reviews on the web claim, I'd say it's quasi backyard friendly. The bolt knob is very small and awkward to manipulate. It's a very heavy rifle. I recommend it as a minimalist gun that will always work for small game hunting or plinking.

Being a big fan of the Sheridan 5 mm air rifle Blue Streak and Silver Street which I have owned many of them over the years this Benjamin 22 caliber air rifle is a great disappointment due to the fact they use a Monte Carlo style stock and make it impossible for you to use the iron sights which forces you to go buy a scope and all the mounts just to use the rifle I would not recommend buying one of these to anybody

Very well made, accurate and powerful. Just a little less refined than my older Sheridan silver streak but just as good in terms of accuracy and power.

In order of most relevant.. pump action parts bend easily, trigger looks and feels very cheap, and much harder to pump then expected+ sight was broke.
