Great little unit. Swapped SIM from my old JetPack but would not connect. Unit arrived with a very old (5.1.1) firmware and just kept rebooting with the SIM installed and would not connect to Verizon. Updated to the most recent firmware for this model (6.5.0) and it instantly connected to Verizon without any issues. Speeds are good but the WiFi range is a little weak/short. Using it in an RV so that might be the reason but the old JetPack had a little better range.
