This book is fantastic! Cory has lots of knowledge on bodybuilding and physical fitness in general. The book is very well organized and extremely to understand. I got the book because I've always loved her knowledge and personality in health and fitness. My only complaint is about her views on teaching naturally skinny people--like me--to develop larger muscles. She mentioned if a skinny person wants to get bigger they should cut out cardio all together. I don't agree with that. I believe use cardio but not excessively. Overall, book is fantastic! I would highly recommend it to anyone!
