Works great, and its a great deal for the money. Bubbles are way more aggressive than expected, but that is only a good thing. The bottom is nicely padded, which is good considering there isnt any raised seat. The only down sides would be that it doesnt come with any water testing kit and/or chemical starter kit. It does take a full day ir day and a half to get up to temp, but once there maintaining temp isn’t an issue.

We bought this Coleman SaluSpa summer 2019. It worked as advertised during this time. Then in October we took it downstairs into the basement, as the outside temps were dropping to 40 or below in the evenings. It is slow to heat up. My main compliant is that when it reaches 104 degrees, unless it's 90 degrees outside, within a few minutes the Spa will drop to 102. But that is because it's plug and play,.i.e. 120 volt. The 3 stars given is because, basically after 6 months of use, it has had issues with the heat pump impeller. I had replaced the OEM plastic impeller shaft (which was broken) with a stainless steel version, and it failed after just 3 weeks. So I have on order an new impeller and am having a new stainless steel shaft made by a friend of mine. Meanwhile, I have a tub of water in the basement and can't use it. FWIW, we have good city water, and I remove and clean the filters every single time I get in the spa - which is every day.. So the failure is not because I have abused the spa in any way. Just a poorly designed impeller/impeller shaft system.Read full review

Hands down, for the price, this is the best portable hot tub! Super easy set up, reinforced sides with extra cushioned floor and extra ground insulation. Works like a charm and energy efficient. If all you need is a good soak with some gentle bubble massaging, this is it! Treat yourself!

Easy set up, don't let the pump fool you when you are blowing it up, it will fill it, even with all of the air coming out of the tube. Let the water warm up before you turn the heater on, you are just wasting energy, when the water hits air temp, then turn it on... and it takes a good long bit to heat up. after that, it's all good, clean and maintain like the book says and so far this thing rocks.

I loved this so much I bought another for my dad. Only down side is that it will take a while to heat but that is the trade off for the convenience of being able to use a standard 15 amp 120 volt outlet.Great quality for the money.
