What does seem a bit silly is an email from them that says “as a final confirmation that it is the right part do compare it with the old part when it comes off” Makes complete sense - until it arrives it its box with a note on the box that says non returnable if you break the seal on the box. Go figure.

    Luk slave cylinders are the best.

    Clutch pedal goes to the floor and stays there. There are cheaper ones that last 1 to 2 years or the OEM ones which last considerably longer. Your clutch doesn't work when the slave cylinder fails so best to get the best quailty parts so you don't breakdown every few years. It looks like it is the seals that fail on the cheaper ones. They just rot away. The LUK ones have very good quality seals which last. PS The clutch does take a long time to bleed. I was 20 clutch pumps to bleed after realising the car wasnt level and this created an air lock. Now working, happy days, happy motoring.
