    I never received the wheel. The seller does not care and will not refund my money. I'm not very happy about loosing $240.00. I was nothing but nice to these people and they do not care weather there product ever gets here or not. They told me they would not give me a refund unless i sent a wheel back to them. Tracking shows a label was printed and package was never received by the shipping company. You can't return a wheel that was never shipped.

    Unfortunately, once a package is in UPS's possession, we have no control over whether it is delivered. We'd offer to send a replacement wheel, but we don't have any more in stock, so a refund has been issued for the item that was not delivered.

    Rims were in good condition. Shipping was odd. Each wheel was in its own box with its own tracking number. I first received two wheels by FedEx. When I asked where the other two were they just suddenly shipped them via ups. Better communication about how items are shipped would be helpful. That said they look great on our 2013 X1. Original rims were very curb rashed.

    Purchase transaction for NEW rim went smoove!!! But don't send your damage rim back to them for the $50 core credit I had small crack in my old rim and they said they don't offer buy back for crack rims. So, I asked to have my rim back. Then, they offer me a $10 scrap value or for me to pay $25 to have my old rim shipped back to me. They needs to state in their listing, what damages the will not accept before you send them your old rim. BUYER BEWARE....KEEP YOUR OLD RIM!!!
