The family seemed separated and Steve Martin reminisces with Bonnie Hunt how much fun they had as a family at the summer cabin. All twelve Baker kids and their parents, Tom (Martin) and Kate (Bonnie Hunt), are going on vacation to their summer cabin in Wisconsin for one last hurrah before the kids grow up and go their separate ways. When they arrive at their old house they realize things have changed. Tom’s rival, Jimmy Murtaugh (Eugene Levy) is now the Big Cheese and owns all the real estate. This is when the Father Tactics begin and the competition starts. Good family movie.
Great entertainment. Will bring back memories for some. Wonderful actors. Great story!!!

My kids love to watch this movie. It is a great story about a family who moves to a new city and has a rough transition, in additon to the parent's career challenges. The chemistry between the siblings is great because they show the feelings and emotions of real kids of all different ages. This movie would appeal to most anyone of any age.
