Good Quality with some quirks
Fan acts differently than I would have thought. It has a slow startup, so guests wouldn't realize it is coming on after they flip the switch unless they wait a few seconds. Most people wouldn't wait that long and might try flipping it off and back on to test, and then possibly leave it off thinking it wasn't working. It does work well though, the light is bright and isn't usable as a night light unless a dimmer switch is used for the light. The wiring instructions aren't very helpful.
