    Great product. Don't pour BOILING water DIRECTLY inside.

    This is a great product. I'm happy with it it overall. I do have one piece of advice. DO NOT pour BOILING water in it. If you do, the plastic will expand suddenly and will buckle outwards reducing the total available space inside and you won't get 4.75 gal but maybe close to 4 gal. Let the tea, or coffee cool down to a more manageable 140-150 deg. Also try warming it up a bit first with some hot water that's not boiling.
