I am very pleased with this product!! I bought it because I blew a plug out of my ‘01’ Mustang GT and what I have studied from other inserts, this is the best on the market! I was nervous at first drilling into my heads but with the provided guide, it’s idiot proof. I originally bought this tool to do just one cylinder, but I went ahead and replaced them all and I’m glad I went that route because who knows when another one would blow out. Once you have your motor apart to access the spark plug holes, it only takes 10-15 per cylinder. I highly recommend this tool to anyone who runs into this problem. I bought this kit for my 2002 f250 5.4 triton. The kit was shipped and delivered with in 4 days of paying for it. I have never use this Kit prior to this. Just follow the instructions it’s easy to use. It was going to cost $300 to have this done, this kit only cost $223 and only took me 20 minutes to do it. I’m a novice. My expedition has 221,000 miles. This is only second time I’ve blown out a plug. If it happens again I have the kit already and it won’t cost me anything. I have seven inserts left. No Need to pull the heads, this tool was easy and fool proof to use. I did 8 cylinders with it as i did not want to have to do it again, It took a little time and work to do it wright but its done. Its very important to get an endoscope to inspect and to flush out each cylinder to insure there's no chips left when your done. Tips-- Follow directions carefully, Use good quality Cutting oil and plenty of it, after blowing out flush cylinder twice with brake cleaner and then with WD40 to lube cylinder when done. This kit saved me a couple of thousand dollars to have it done at a shop
