First reply was prompt, but miss-understood about the unit fuse pin being too short, in relation to the standard fuse pins (see picture). I sent a second email with no reply to date.
Product - I had to use a small file to remove the black plastic between the unit pins so it would go into the vehicle fuse box. but the unit worked.
