A housemate who wants to pay less than his share of the rent says he will mow the lawn, trim bushes and clean up yard debris on a regular basis, and does not perform the yard work he agreed to do but still refuses to pay his fair share of the rent. A guy talks a woman into buying a beautiful Saab that has transmission problems, We'll just put in a new transmission and you'll have a great, sexy car to drive, and he does not follow through and the woman ends up losing several thousand dollars and giving the car away.
