Müssen ihre haare davor frisch waschen. Dann passt es besser zusammen. Wenn man nen langen pony hat passt es bestimmt auch besser! Schaut dann bestimmt besser aus. Wore twice to the gym, love it! Runs small, I wear L -XL so I ordered 3XL fits great it. Stretch’s a bit or strap it tighter with belts. I’m 5ft and 2 straps are perfect for my torso I wouldn’t recommend 3 belts unless over 5’5 or the bones might stab your thighs when seated/exercising. It’s Super easy to put on and fully supportive, bones flex great for deep arch backs already creased mine & a hook at the top of the zipper helped. The razor back is a game changer. Buying more totally recommend
