One day I decided to let them know about my bad cartridge and they immediately sent me a replacement cartridge right away, and of course, I returned the bad cartridge to them right away, but I found it interesting that it took me longer to tell them about the bad cartridge than it took them to get another replacement cartridge in my hands.
