The thing I like about this book is the highlighted cases throughout it. The different features in the book such as examples of business law that are easily related to the real world. I decided to buy this international edition because it was cheaper. The text book industry is not very sympathetic to college students that are financially challenged. This is the same contents as US edition but more affordable.

Highly effective book, goes through history, cases, overviews of many different types of laws, systems etc. Definitely highlights what is currently going on with the E-World and cyber laws etc. A great book for business students and/or law students!

I bought this for a class and I really haven't read much of it because we use the powerpoints the textbook publishing company provides on-line in class and we cover all bases with the powerpoint. Dont really use the book at all and havent even used it to study because all the answers are in the powerpoint.
