Good Workout!!! After the first day your buns will notice a little tightening. It only gets better. Lisa on the CD walks you through different levels of the Buns of Steel. You also have Pilates, Yoga and Athletic workouts. My personal favorite is the Athletic one.
The DVD instructions are simple to use. The instructor is clear and precise, instructions clear, no waiting to get started to learn a new routine,. Just open the DVD and get your butt going!
I decided to buy this dvd to add another dimension to my buns workout. The relatively short workouts caused a burn in the glutes and could really feel the effectiveness of the exercises. You can do this a few times a week and feel your glutes getting stronger and tighter
the buns of steel vid I had before was a real workout not yoga I feel I wasted my money as this is not what I wanted I don't know why someone put the buns of steel name on something so fluffy and useless
I've only been doing the workout for a couple of days....feeling the burn! Seems to be more advanced than the old Buns of Steel.
