Great and fun way to exercise. Great for even beginners
I love the dvd, the exercises are easy and engaging, especially good for beginners like me. Like she said she hates to work out, but lives to move her body creatively. It’s easy, you can do it your own style and you forget that you’re exercising. My only wish is that she would make a dvd that works all the muscle groups and body parts instead of having to buy a dvd for each muscle groups.
