well not really worth the effort, it shows up as a CD and not as aux. when you tuch track button the unit silences and has to reboot before working again. regular bluetooth aux adapter is far better

cuts out if phone volume too high
works at low volume levels, but the device resets if the phone volume is set high. seller says the reset s "normal" - but it is very annoying. it is not possible to equalise the sound output from the radio or CD versus the Bluetooth inputs. BT audio on the head unit has to be set much higher than the radio/cd to avoid setting it high enough on the phone. so if you switch back to radio fron playing BT you get a blast of very high volume from the radio and need to lower it on the HU (and then raise it again to listen to BTW once more).works at low volume levels, but the device resets if the phone volume is set high. seller says the reset s "normal" - but it is very annoying. it is not possible to equalise the sound output from the radio or CD versus the Bluetooth inputs. Cheap and Easy Way to Add Bluetooth to Factory Radio
If you have a factory radio and would like to add Bluetooth streaming cheaply, then this will work for you. However, the audio level is lower than that of CD, so you have to adjust the volume to compensate if you listen to both sources regularly. I installed this on an Audi with the Symphony II+ radio, this connects and plays via the external CD changer, so you still have the internal CD changer for music. I liked this product for a few months until I started having an issue where the audio will cut out from the left channel and only play from the right channel. Typically turning the radio on and off will resolve the issue... momentarily. It can get frustrating. But you get what you pay I guess compared to other options.If you have a factory radio and would like to add Bluetooth streaming cheaply, then this will work for you. Works perfectlly
This little thing just upgraded my 2005 polo in to a semi modern car with bluetooth.. i would never put a childish looking tuner radio in place of my original rcd 200 but this is just great! Cant recommend it enough..
