The are on the small side and thin. If you have a small lunch bag they work great, however you would need more for a large lunch bag to actually keep items cool.

Does not stay cold for long, better off getting gel packs The liquid inside after frozen starts to liquefy within an hour, after that the packs don't keep the drinks cold enough and starts to warm. The fit and fresh are a waste of money to me. To mention I have a basic insulated lunch/drink bag while using the packs and primarily use to have cold drinks on the go.

These are perfect size for school lunch boxes. I have 3 kids who take their lunch to school everyday. We live in Arizona, so keeping lunch boxes cool from the inside is imperative. My kids have commented their fruit and drinks inside are still cold when lunch hour comes. so I say these are a WIN! I bought two packs... 8 total ice blocks. So when these disappear at their mother's house I have back-ups. Thumps up on size, function , and price!
