      Great for prosumer use

      Not very expensive, but gives good pro features for on location switching between HDMI inputs. For me, the big difference between this PRO version and the other mini is this has a preview screen output of all inputs so you're sure of what you're switching to next. _Both_ have an interface available via USBC or Ethernet that give you a lot more features like media. Works great from a touch screen laptop!

      Perfect Streaming applience.

      A really simple appliance that works without any fuss or putzing. I use it at our town council meetings, it is perfect: small, easy to set up, very stable, fairly intuitive, and it has a good feature set at a very attractive price point. I suspect that we will be using this for a very long time.....

      Great product for the changing times

      Much has already been said about this product. It’s tremendous value as an HD video switcher allows you to do so many things that simply weren’t possible a few years ago. Great form factor and so much power, it’s like being able to put a video studio anywhere you want. I highly recommend for live-streaming either remotely or for houses of worship settings. I was willing to buy it at a premium when it was hard to find and it was still worth it.

      Small unit with big performance.

      The ATEM Mini Pro offers incredible functionality in a small box. Just did four nights live streamed for a performing arts center and the set up was easy and the streaming and recording was flawless. Although the amount of control is increased with a laptop hooked up the ATEM Mini Pro has an internal coding engine and an ethernet out. Really all you need to live cast is for the location to have an ethernet cable connected to the internet. Presets for YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter makes connection easy although you can use almost any software.

      An Amazing, Powerful Tool

      The ATEM Mini Pro is a powerful device that easily allows input from up to four HDMI sources, two audio inputs, and a library of still photos to be staged into a video presentation. It can be controlled using either the buttons on the unit, or via its companion software app (available as a free download from Blackmagic). When hooked up to your network, more than one user can control the unit via the app - great if, for example, you have one person controlling the video, and another handling audio. My only complaint about the unit is regarding the app. While it works perfectly, it's clear that building a Windows version of it was an afterthought to its developers (installation instructions for it aren't complete, and it's a 32-bit application - archaic in this day and age).
