What's great about this product? The cost. Very reasonable. What else is good. It comes in a glass container which means you want suffer from inferior product due to plastic degradation seaping into the product. What's not so good about this product? The Taste. Its' awful. it's not spoiled nor is it rancid. Its normal taste is awful..but anything good for you usually does taste awful. I personally have to follow mine up with an equal amount of honey followed by some bottled water to get rid of the awful taste in my mouth afterwards...okay so why take such a foul tasting concoction? for me it gives me energy and it aids in weightloss. Its best to take with raw honey but I usually take it with pure or organic honey. The honey even though its very sweet burns fat. Taking this in conjunction with the honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon really aids in fat burning and gives you lots of energy. Try this for 3 days and see how you feel. Then respond back. If you have trouble with kidneys even a little or liver please consult a doctor, I ended up in emergency room with lower back pain bc of Black Cumin Seed Oil. Taking only 1 teaspoon daily with water damaged my kidneys to the point of severe pain. Please be careful, there is no warning on most of these and not enough studies on humans.

I was skeptical about this because the cost was low compared to other brands. It was my first try on the oil so I thought I would rather go with The cheaper version in case it didn’t do anything for me. It’s amazing! I Love black seed oil. I just started for the 1st time it's going well I've started me kids on it there 10 and 12 yrs old. I can say it makes you go to the restroom. But that's a good thing. Now I've been reading alot of the reviews and comments so This info is for YOU. orange juice and raw honey or whatever honey you want to use. It taste so much better. Now I'm just using orange only. But if you can't use orange juice you may have to use honey and water or ect. My kids love it surprisingly so I give it to all my family one teaspoon a day. I'll move to the 2 time a day in a couple of months from now. I hope this helped someone
