    f150 and Bilstein shocks

    The Bilstein 1500 shocks are by far the best shocks I have ever put on an F-150. This is my second F-150 I have installed both front and rear shocks on. The ride is fantastic and I set the front shock to add lift and my truck looks and rides great. The install was easy and I also recommend getting an alignment done after install as it will throw the front end alignment off a bit.

    High install cost

    High install cost Do I recommend? Both yes and no. I really like the shocks. Shocks are very good and I am satisfied with them. I set the lift one down from the top. The cost to install was horrendous. I got five estimates from 240 to 500. Went to my dealer who said 300. Actual labor cost, 700. Total with extra parts and alignment, 979, and that's not including the cost of the shocks. You might consider buying complete struts for your older truck, or inquire before you buy as to how much they'll REALLY charge to remove and rebuild your struts.

    Good fit

    But it's pretty soft i thought it would be more stiff than it is but it's all good. Sucks that u need to reuse the old spring mounts, and the top bolts have no washer. Think it could've been better
