The product works, great isolation of the bicep muscle. The adjustable strap could be alittle beefed up and tends to move once you start. This doesn't effect your movement because the weight holds the blaster in place. Excellent pump forcing you to use proper form. I would highly recommend.

Right out of the box, it looks sturdy, heavy and good quality. After a few uses it starts to bend pretty bad. I haven't even use it with heavy weights, 95 lbs approximately, and it lost it's original shape. My straight barbell curl PR is 185 lbs, so I went all the way down in weight to work on my form. While it works and you feel the support, it is not meant for heavy lifters. Gotta say that I got it for my home gym, to use it at least twice a week. Even with that few use it still bent so, keep in mind is an economic piece of equipment not professional quality. If you want to try an Arm Blaster just out of curiosity and don't want to lose too much money, you can try this one.

I usually can do what i considered "strict" ez-bar curls at 100lbs. Wow, by using this, it has made that that 100lbs feel like 120! Total bicep isolation. Keep in mind that prolonged use of this can cause shoulder impingement, so i dont recommend going that heavy.. but to do a good few burnout sets man, this thing will literally have your biceps screaming!! The nylon strap is durable but the neck padding isnt the greatest, but once i found a comfortable length i simply wrapped a hand towel around and now it as comfy as can be. The ez bar curl is a bit of a pain in the neck to grab while wearing it, but i found using dumbells with it are awesome!! If you are looking to grow your peak on your biceps seriously, grab this and use it for a month. You will not believe the difference. Also, ive used this for standing cable tricep press downs and it gives this new dimension to doing pressdowns. For $20 it was worth every dollar and if i lose this one i would buy it again, worth it!Read full review

This is the most uncomfortable bicep bar I've ever used. It is not flared open enough and the edges of the bar stab into the back of your triceps. Maybe a much smaller person would be ok but I know people 5'8" 170 who are saying it hurts them. I'm 6'0 225 and it's waaaay too small for me.

I'm a very large guy and so I thought that the device would bend when I used it. It's supports me I can put pressure and allow my arms to relax and go low. It also reduced my shoulder pain when I'm doing a bicep curl. Without this device bicep curls would be painful
