    Good for the price

    This unit came quicker than expected however tracking wasn't updated. Thankfully UPS driver was a client and called before coming out. The unit was to low to be comfortable so I had my contractor build a platform for them, they were also mounted to the floor for extra security.. I had to purchase footstool for the less than average guy. The hardware was garbage so be prepare to purchase new. I was lucky to have older bowls that I swapped hardware for. Overall the price that you pay is worth what you get.

    Pretty good for the price

    Everything was great.. early delivery, easy to put together, and easy to assemble until I went to put the arms on. The last part of course. I still have one arm that I can’t get to attach. The bolts don’t line up straight so it was virtually impossible to crew both bolts in. Other then that it’s great for the price

    Spend your money elsewhere

    Got it, everything was fine until we started to put it together. The arm rests aren't lined up at all, like 2 inches off so couldn't use those. The sink was incredibly low so I have to sit down to wash anyone's hair which is kind of a pain. The plumbing to it as well doesn't match any American set up at all, so I had to pull hoses and lines off my old sink to put on this one just so it would connect to the wall. Go somewhere else to spend your money, not worth the time and effort.

    Cheap

    Product is very cheap. Both price and in the quality. It will get you by, but for the cost of all the extra parts we needed to replace that we not included or didn't work properly I recommend upgrading it comes to be about the same price. My husbands comment was spot on. The only great thing about it was that it showed up on the day it was supposed to.

    Will do

    The shampoo bowl was a task for plumber and he charged me $200 to install which was more than I paid for, they did not send the headrest pillow! The box was opened when it was delivered. But as far as shampoo bowl and chair, it gets the job done. My only complaint is that the sprayer catches clients hair and it has a crack on the side of the bowl.
