I was shipped a box of junk. Nothing of value was functional. They told me to email them with a spreadsheet of all issues, sku numbers, and photo documentation of all affected pieces. If the same happens to you, get in touch with eBay, you're most likely covered under eBay Policy. I have ordered many boxes from BULQ and this was the first one that I wasn't too happy about. Their customer service though was very responsive and able to fix the issue.
