Fills the bill, with one annoyance
Bought this as a second remote for a new TV. Predictably, it works exactly like the original. If I could, I'd shave off 1/2 star because apparently either the TV or the remote is 'monogamous' -- you can't pair more than one remote, meaning the original purpose is defeated. This isn't the case with other devices, such as the Roku stick.
