I hope you can add a simple instruction: “push the bushing into the cable end first. Warm it up a bit and do it slowly with increasing force. Then push the cable end on the shift lever. Be careful not to damage the cable socket and avoid using a hammer…as I did” thanks for this nice and easy fix avoiding to replace the complete cable

Probably my fault for not opening the parcel and checking when I received it. Supplier was excellent with their response to send the missing gaskets although due to mail time from the East I had to buy one closer.
