Quality build, with nice labels and a serial number. Make sure you watch the video on how to install. It's not hard and it really makes a difference. Second floor installation, very flat area, 25 watts, 12-15 miles full quieting on 70cm. The only active 2m is about 3/4 of a mile away, so, yes, that works well on 5 watts.

Contacted Joe, he explained that they had a new company that did the crimping, so he apologized and sent a replacement right away. The new one has not been a problem. Would definitely give this experience and product an 11 out of 10. Would recommend it to anyone, and the clarity and distance is phenomenal from what my husband has been told by other hams.
