Very good for diabetics, but the amount of fat needs to be reduced in order to make this diet better. Also, the amount of vegetables needs to be increased but all in all this is a very good diet for people looking to lose weight, who are trying to control blood sugars and also has been show to help with Fybromialgia and MS.
