It has been incredible owning and using the 12.9 inch iPad Pro. I got mine used and with the folio keyboard so for me it was an exceptional value. I have been an Apple only user since the early 2000’s so cross compatibility on devices has been seamless. The large screen is phenomenal for reading, taking notes (which I do a lot of), and multitasking (which I also do a lot of). I put a paper like screen protector on (off brand) which definitely improves the Apple Pencil experience (and my handwriting). It is light, powerful, large-screened, and just incredibly useful. I would highly recommend the 12.9 size for note taking and multitasking, as I upgraded from an older iPad Pro 10.5 (2nd gen) to this one for the needed screen real estate. I carry this iPad with me nearly everywhere that I go and I love the fact that it has cellular data and can act as my hotspot when I don't have wifi access. The screen is huge which is super helpful when working on this instead of my computer, but it does make it less fun to carry around. I use accessories such as the Bluetooth Keyboard and Apple Pencil to enhance my experience. All together, this is almost as expensive as a traditional laptop. Given its limitations handling files since I work with Onedrive and Google Drive quite often and this tablet regularly requires me to download a file to the tablet before I can upload it to a website, I don't think I would spend the money I did on it again. I like it, but it certainly doesn't replace my computer or even come close.

I'm in education, and for what I'm trying to accomplish, either in the classroom or from home these days, this iPad can't be beat. Plenty of room to project a textbook side-by-side with notes or to develop and demonstrate presentations from. Also enough battery life to last me a full day of classes. Great tablet.
