Easy to communicate with seller; crock carefully packed and arrived with no damage. I'm leaving 4 stars on the description because the crock exterior is a different shade than my other Red Wing Crocks - much more gray; additionally, the #4, wing logo, etc. are very faded. Might be the crocks that were fired at that time; the actual stoneware seems old enough. I stack my crocks and this one is just a little off kilter when I place it on my #5 crock. I can live with it but it is disappointing.
