I wear a man's hat 7 3/8-7 1/2 and find the strap has to be pulled rather tight to fit making it uncomfortable. Then it tends to slide off the back of the head. And additional support on the back of the head making sort of triangular cup would correct the issue. The product is well made and very good quality and the price is fair. I just think I need one with the additional support.

I purchased this item a few weeks ago and sorry to say but this item did not work for me. It was very un-comfortable not easy to sleep in ending up taking it off in the middle of the night. While I wore it a few hours I still snored my husband told me it was a waste of money.

I use this chin strap every night. It lasts about 6 weeks. During that time it stretches out and has to be adjusted every few days. It finally becomes so stretched out and the foam rips so much it is no longer effective. At $6.00 per chin strap it costs about $1.00 per week. On that basis I would consider it a good value and would recommend it. Don't expect it to last forever.

The strap works, but the velcro tears hair when taking the strap off. Snagging hair under the Velcro, around it on the sides and that hurts the crown of head when taking the strap off. If I were bald and snored, this item would be perfect.

She said the ear cut out dug into her ear and the strap slipped on her hair. I was surprised as it appeared to be well made and functional. The search continues.
